Order Processing

Processing time can take between 1-3 business days.


We have warehouses in the US, UK, Germany and Australia, and we will ship to you according to your country to avoid paying import duties.

We transport with DHL, Fedex, DPD and USPS. Depending on the type of order, we choose the best possible carrier.

Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will email you confirmation after your order has been dispatched.

You might not receive this confirmation email if you made a spelling mistake when you entered your email address. Login and check your registered email address.

Spam filters in your email program may also block this type of email. Please check your junk mail folders.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please check your goods carefully when they arrive, and tell the courier immediately if they are damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days. We need you to provide the photos of the outer packaging, courier label and the damaged product, so that we can confirm the replacement of the product and make a claim to the courier company.
